Holistic Body Therapy is the name of my practice as a Holistic Practitioner where I use massage therapy, bodywork, yoga techniques, energy balancing and plant wisdom to facilitate self-healing in my clients.

I have developed this line of Herbal Wellness Formulas to creatively share the abundance Mother Earth has to offer. As technology takes us further from nature, the basis of good health and nutrition can still be found by maintaining this connection with our natural environment.

It is my goal to provide some of the very finest products available while maintaining a social and environmental awareness. All of the herbs have been organically grown or ethically wild crafted by myself or a trusted source, and other ingredients come from small local businesses. I do not use any artificial preservatives or fragrances -- all products should be protected from heat.

All products are hand made and bottled in small batches to insure freshness and potency. Custom orders can be made for all products and baskets. Feel free to contact me. Order early for the holidays -- quantities are limited for all herbal products.
