How do spirit essences work?
Our bodies aren’t just physical. We also have energy, feelings, and a sense of Self. Spirit essences are made from natural things like plants, gems, or special places, and they carry an energetic "imprint" of those elements. Think of them like a kind of energy message that can influence our inner feelings and qualities, similar to how music or art can inspire us. Instead of sound or light, these essences work through water to help bring about positive changes.
Scientists have known for a long time that matter and consciousness are connected. But medicine still mostly looks at the body as a machine. In the future, we expect more understanding about how our thoughts, feelings, and energy affect our health. For now, most knowledge about how these essences help comes from real experiences and case stories shared by people who use them.
How are the essences prepared?
They’re created by carefully preparing diluted infusions made from wild or garden-grown flowers and gems found in special places, like Mount Shasta. The process happens outdoors, in nature’s "laboratory," where earth, water, air, and fire balance together. The person making them adds their focus and awareness to the mixture. In the early morning, water is poured into a bowl and left in the sun for hours. During this time, the water absorbs the energetic pattern of the place and plants, creating a kind of energetic “snapshot” of that spot.
How do I use spirit essences?
Most often, you put four drops under your tongue four times a day. You can take them straight from the bottle, add a few drops to a glass of water, or make a small bottle with water and a bit of brandy to preserve it. When mixing, use two drops from each essence you want to work with. Besides taking them orally, you can also use essences in sprays, creams, or baths—there are many ways to incorporate them into your routine.
**A Word of Caution:**
Be careful not to touch the dropper to your mouth or other surfaces, to keep the essences pure and uncontaminated.
